These terms are an agreement between you and Aniruddh Dubge (“we”, “us”) for the Omi app and website. By using Omi, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

Omi offers affirmations for everyday wellbeing. It isn’t therapy, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for a qualified professional. If you’re in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.

Your account

You can use Omi without an account. If you create one, you’re responsible for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Omi.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Omi is free to download. Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase, at the prices shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, you won’t be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. You can restore past purchases from the paywall in the app.

Your content

Affirmations you write and anything else you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you (for example, to back them up when you’re signed in).

Our content

The app, its affirmations, illustrations, themes and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use, including sharing individual affirmations and wallpapers with friends. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content otherwise.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Omi: no attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorised access to the service, and no use that breaks the law. We may suspend access for misuse.

Reframe Thoughts

Reframe Thoughts suggests affirmations based on what you write. Suggestions are generated automatically and may not always fit. Use your own judgement.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Omi, so features and content may change. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we’ll let you know in the app, and continuing to use Omi means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Omi is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t give warranties about it and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Omi in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Omi and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded Omi from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app, its maintenance or support, or any claims about it, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
